## Roles Used In This Guide

- Personal user: a single-user account with no organisation workspace.
- Organisation member: a user working inside an organisation.
- Organisation admin: an organisation owner or admin who can manage members, permissions, and teams.
- System administrator: the highest-level system administrator with access to the admin panel.

## Important Rules

- Some menu items only appear when your account has the correct permission.
- Completed tasks are locked. Locked tasks cannot be edited, deleted, or shared.
- Organisation features only appear when your account belongs to an organisation.
- Billing and license status can affect access to the workspace.
